Who we are

This site is operated by APTO Activewear ("we", "us"). You can reach us at contact@aptoactivewear.com. We design in the UK and sell to customers in the UK.

These terms

By placing an order through this site you agree to these terms. Please read them before you order. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed incorrectly. If we do, we refund you in full.
• Stock is limited and held in small batches. Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it.

Pricing and payment

• Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown on the product page.
• Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
• If a price is obviously wrong we are not obliged to supply at that price. We will contact you before proceeding.

Delivery

• UK standard delivery is £3.95, and free on orders over £75.
• We aim to deliver within 3 to 5 working days. Timescales are estimates, not guarantees.
• Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

Products

• We photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens.
• Sizing guidance is indicative. Garments are made in batches and small variations occur.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights. Otherwise we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses.

Your information

We use your details to fulfil your order and, if you opt in, to email you about drops and restocks. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
